ABOUT OUR SPONSORS
WA Department for Child Protection
This Fellowship has been formerly known under the names of Community Development WA and Family and Children’s Services. The Government allocated funds to Family and Children's Services (now the WA Department for Child Protection) to support activities of the International Year for the Eradication of Poverty (1996) taskforce. Fellowships were originally focussed on ways to eradicate poverty and policy issues for vulnerable children and families in the area of poverty eradication. The Department has now agreed to sponsor a Churchill Fellowship on an annual basis. For award to residents of Western Australia only.
